Coaching is Not Therapy
Our ADHD coaching services are not a substitute for therapy, counseling, or medical treatment.
Do not use our services if:

- Your healthcare provider has advised against your participation in coaching.

Services Provided
TopADHDCoach.com offers one-on-one virtual ADHD coaching via Zoom, with additional support provided through email, Voxer, and project management tools like Basecamp. Coaching services are customized to support clients in achieving their goals, managing time, and improving focus and productivity.
Fees and Payment Terms
Payment
All fees are payable as per the billing terms in effect at the time of purchase. Payments can be made using a valid credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or other accepted issuers). By providing your payment information, you authorize Clarity to Conquer Coaching Center, LLC to charge your card for all agreed-upon amounts.
Third-Party Payment Processor
We use Stripe, Inc. for payment processing. By using our services, you agree to Stripe’s Privacy Policy and Seller Terms.
Subscription Plans
Our coaching services are offered on a subscription basis, billed either monthly or annually. Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled.
Cancellation Policy:
Subscriptions can be canceled through our website at https://topadhdcoach.com/contact before the end of the current billing cycle. No prorated refunds are available for partial periods.
Client Responsibilities
As a client, you acknowledge and agree:

You acknowledge and agree that there are no warranties for specific results from our service. We make no promises or warranties concerning your likelihood of success, future earnings, business profits, marketing performance, customer growth, or results of any kind.
Release and Limitation of Liability
You release Clarity to Conquer Coaching Center, LLC and its representatives from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the services. This includes, but is not limited to, personal injury, financial loss, or business outcomes.
